GeoDost e-learning Platform Agreement

Welcome to www.geodost.in.  We are glad you have decided to join us. We look forward to your involvement with our site.

Before you begin delving into the services and content available on our sites, please take a moment to review these Terms of Services ("Terms" or the "Agreement"). These Terms are an agreement between you and GEODOST (owners of www.geodost.in). It is important that you understand both the benefits we provide as well as our limitations. While GEODOST, e-learning platform offers a different combination of services and tools from one site to another, this agreement reflects the GEODOST,  Site approach to memberships.

www.geodost.in hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, and non-transferable license to access www.Geodost.in provided and expressly conditioned upon your agreement that all such access and use shall be governed by all of the terms and conditions set forth in this USER AGREEMENT.

Copyright & Retransmission of Information

www.geodost.in as well as the design and information contained in this site, is the exclusive property of www.Geodost.in and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transferring or assigning any such ownership rights to you or any other person or entity. You agree not to repeat or rebroadcast in any way any of the information made on www.geodost.in for any reason whatsoever. You agree that if you do repeat or re-post any of www.geodost.in calls by any means, you will be liable for actual and punitive damages as determined by www.geodost.in and additional damages to be determined in an Indian court of Law.

Termination

This User Agreement and the license rights granted hereunder shall remain in full force and effect unless terminated or canceled for any of the following reasons: (a) immediately by www.geodost.in for any unauthorized access or use by you (b) immediately by www.geodost.in if you assign or transfer (or attempt the same) any rights granted to you under this Agreement; (c) immediately if you violate any of the other terms and conditions of this User Agreement. Termination or cancellation of this Agreement shall not affect any right or relief to which www.geodost.in may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to www.geodost.in. Except as set forth herein, regardless of the reason for cancellation or termination of this User Agreement, the fee charged if any for access to www.geodost.in is non-refundable for any reason.

Jurisdiction

The terms of this agreement are exclusively based on and subject to Indian law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Himachal Pradesh, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

Means of Communication

By registering, you certify that all information you provide, now or in the future, is accurate. You also accept that we may contact you by SMS or email for verification and communication purposes. As per the DOT regulations, this will apply even if you are registered in the Do Not Disturb registry.

During registration, you will also have the option of receiving a variety of periodic emails. The option to receive any of these email products is completely yours. If at any time, you do not wish to continue to receive any of these emails from us, you may remove yourself from the list by following the instructions at the bottom of each email. It is your responsibility to make sure we always have your current email address. If we do not, we will not be able to pass the information to you. www.geodost.in currently offers single membership levels: Basic Membership (which is free to all registered visitors). All members may: Post their name in all relevant www.Geodost.in directories and read message Entrance postings.
Upload photos in the photo gallery.
Receive our various emails which provide discounts and other information of interest to www.geodost.in members.

www.geodost.in will change the specific services offered to our members from time to time and has the right to do so without advance notice to our members. We strive to improve your experience on our site and will test a variety of service offerings in an attempt to provide you with useful tools and services.
